Join sculptor Thomas Bucich and master jeweller Renee Hudson for a unique one-day workshop exploring the ancient process of sculpting and casting jewellery in bronze.
More than a conventional jewellery workshop, this day brings together the different perspectives of two practicing artists — sculpture and jewellery — to explore the piece as both a small work of art and an object to be worn. Art meets function.
Beginning in jeweller’s wax, you’ll sculpt or carve your own ring, pendant or amulet, exploring form, texture and surface before learning the process of traditional sand casting in bronze.
Over the course of the day, your wax creation will be transformed into a finished piece of cast bronze jewellery — made by you and ready to wear home.
No previous jewellery or sculpture experience is necessary.

Two separate one-day workshops — choose your preferred day, or attend both days if you’d like to dive deeper into the process and create additional pieces.
